Brought my Mach E in for a recall and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were consummate professionals—polite, courteous, and attentive. They even offered a shuttle service both ways (I only needed the return). The work was completed exactly as promised, and the whole process was seamless. Overall, an excellent experience.

Our salesperson Colin Li is honest, down to earth, knowledgeable about the product, helpful and dedicated. He did not hard sell and is very respectful.
