Brought my Mach E in for a recall and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were consummate professionals—polite, courteous, and attentive. They even offered a shuttle service both ways (I only needed the return). The work was completed exactly as promised, and the whole process was seamless. Overall, an excellent experience.
